- The idea isn’t to do everything the same way except you stop estimating; that would be too hard
- To get rid of estimates, you need to stop thinking in terms of projects
- Projects naturally beg for estimates
- Projects have other downsides compared to agile, including thinking in terms of an end state, which you wrongly think you know at the beginning
